"Go, go, go, go, go, go
Go, shorty
It's your birthday
We gon' party like it's your birthday"
....aaaaaand yes, we did!! On the 17th October I turned 22! eekkk! Did this happen overnight or what!? So on Saturday night, the 16th, I arrived with 32 of my closest & coolest friends at Ouzo's Greek Restaurant to celebrate it in style, babyyyy! I'd kindly invited Johnny to be included in this fabulous dinner parrrtaaay - as we share the 17th ...along with Seaton, who had ditched us to cruise round the US - but wotevaaaa, we’re not jealous at all hehe!
The night was amazing and brought lotsa memories, full of dancing, clapping, laughing, smashing plates and yelling to be heard over the DJ and his rocking Greek music! hahah.
Thanks to all my beautiful friends who came, put up with/totally enjoyed the loud music and made me feel extra special & loved on yet another birthday! Also, a big thanks to my gorgeous little sister, who had to race around last minute to pick up my super delicious strawberry glazed cheesecake... mmm soo worth it, I’ll love you forever!

Autumn graces Perth with her presence...
I was very excited to find out that Autumn, the Canadian girl turned Queenslander was coming to visit me for a couple weeks. weehoo! planning began that night! ...Hence the last few days have been insanely hectic! ...Days were filled with lunch dates, dinner parties, a day trip to convention, a surfing lesson, spa party, shopping, girly day spas afternoons, movie nights, house warming parties out in the middle of the bush lol, boot scooting lessons & lots of talking, planning future trips and giggling! Amongst it all we also managed to squeeze in a road trip down south and a day trip on the ferry over to Rottnest Island . Wow you say! ...Trust me, iii know haha! I just want to say thanks Autumn for being the awesome, carefree girl you are, and letting me drag you round these last few days :) welcome to my life haha...I hope you enjoyed it! Unbelievably, midst the shark scares & events, being the amazingly time managed people that we are; we even managed to get a FEW of snapshots of the last few days. Enjoy!!
We make it down to Bunbury just in time for the day that had the most rainfall in 45 years! SCORE hahah. Using our charm and persuasive techniques we managed to convince Dad to take us out dolphin spotting on the boat... :) ...this is what we looked like (at the start) lol
You're looking at two pro surfers right there haha. Nah, we somehow, miraculousness managed to get up early Sat morning for a surf lesson! Turned out to be an awesome morning!
Rottnest here we come! Shark spotting on the top deck on our way over ;)
We were on planning on swimming until we heard about the dead whale/tiger shark incident ...so we had to revert to option b) catching the ferry
We made it! Looking out over one of the beautiful bays.
Welcome to Rottnest Island people!
Looking gorgeous as ever haha. We were actually meant to be whale spotting here, but clearly Autumn has her eyes closed - so not quite sure what was going on there....
Quokka spotting
Super cute. I convinced this quokka I was feeding it some super yummy leftovers, when actually I was just poking it with a dried leaf...sucker!
16kms later we looked like this... Note: Autumns had put the finishing touches on her golden brown tan whilst I had spent the day turning a beautiful shade of red (conciled cleverly under my rugby jumper)
