Can you taste the love?

You dont need processed sugar and fake flavours to make a good dessert. Try this recipe!

Chia Pudding

Ingredients

½ cup of Chia Seeds
1-2 cup fresh almond milk or coconut milk

Directions

Mix half a cup of chia seeds with the milk and whisk with a fork for a minute of so. Add more liquid if required.
Add any of the following ingredients to make a delicious pudding

Leave it for about 1 hour for it to allow the seeds to absorb the liquid. Stir occasionally and add more milk or water as required.

I'm baaaack

Well, 14 months later it would appear that I have completely abandoned my blog. I see how it looks. And, I guess the honest truth is; I have. I had.
Blogging my way around the world seemed like a great idea a year ago but reality is using free wiffy for purposes other then facebook and booking your next hostel is a painful experience. Plus, it seemed like I had sooo much more fun and exciting things to do with my 'spare' time.

So folks, you will just have to believe and trust me when I say “I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE..!!!” The last 12 months... 24 countries ....

Anyways back to the important issues: blog wise, things have changed and you’ll no doubt be delighted to know... I.Am.Back.
All of a sudden I've landed, smack bang straight back into my old life. So, amongst working a tedious 8 – 5 job, sipping coffee in peak hour traffic, paying bills, dealing with skipping the gym guilt, and making delicious, extraordinarily good microwave meals I have managed to score a mediocre internet connection, a fancy smancy smart phone and a stack of that imperative, ‘spare’ time.
Hence people, I have reignited my passion for blogging. Yes, you heard right. You can safety get excited for some amazingly motivating, and hopefully entertaining blogs posts as the next adventure unfolds in my life..!
